At Gym ERP India, accessible from local servers and cloud databases, protecting client and member privacy is one of our key priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the categories of logs, records, and information gathered and recorded by Gym ERP India and how we utilize them.

1. Data Storage & Member Records

Gym ERP India stores member database files (including check-in logs, biometric hashes, subscription details, and invoice transactions) securely inside local cache setups and cloud clusters. Biometric fingerprint hashes are stored locally on target control gates and are never transmitted as raw images, ensuring optimal identity protection.

2. API Connections & Official WhatsApp logs

Our billing automated reminders use the official Meta Cloud API. Telephone contact directories are used solely for renewal triggers, billing dispatches, and check-in confirmation records. We do not sell or lease member phone directories to marketing aggregates.

3. Security Audits

We implement robust security layers to prevent unauthorized database read/write actions. However, gym owners are responsible for protecting desk log credentials and turnstile login panels to prevent front desk breaches.
