By subscribing to, installing, or deploying Gym ERP India dashboard software and connected biometric API setups, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. License & Subscription Tiers
We grant gym operators a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to run our software modules matching their purchased Starter, Growth, or Multi-Branch tier parameters. Exceeding active member limits triggers automatic package upgrade prompts.
2. Biometric & Gate Hardware Responsibilities
Gym ERP India provides local client SDK software to bridge databases with gate locks. However, mechanical turnstile wear, hardware short circuits, or physical structural failures are the sole responsibility of the gym operator or the original equipment manufacturer.
3. WhatsApp API Usage & Compliance
Subscribers using the official WhatsApp Business Cloud integration must comply with Meta Commerce policies. Sending unsolicited spam blasts using transactional lines may result in template review blocks by Meta.
